12Amendments & Termination
pk365 update reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, pk365 update will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the account. The notice period will be at least seven (7) days for material changes unless a shorter period is required by law or regulatory direction.
